Mind, Body and Spirit Healing Session
One of the biggest benefits of Mind, Body and Spirit Healing Session is stress reduction and relaxation which supports the body's natural ability to heal. I use a unique blend of Integrated into a deep state of relaxation and ending with energy-based therapies. A typical 1.5 hour session will include a consultation and coaching in addition to the hypnotherapy and energy-based therapies included in the 1 hour session.
Consider scheduling a phone session - save on gas and drive time! This session is just as effective as an in-person session and can be done in the convenience of your home. All you need is a phone and a comfortable, quiet place you can be during the session where you will not be disturbed. You will be given a phone number to call for your appointment.

Now available! Gather your friends in the comfort of your own home for a private gathering. What do all those colors mean? We'll spend the evening exploring everyone's images, tips will be given to bring more balance into your life and more. Fee includes a 4 x 6 image of your aura and chakras as well as a 4 x 6 printout of your biographs for each guest. Length of event varies based on number of guests.
Hostess receives the evening FREE AND receives a 20+ page report detailing aspects of their energy via email after the event.

Reiki Certification
Reiki is an energy based therapy that provides the skills and knowledge needed to balance the energy, reduce pain, and facilitate self-healing for yourself and others. Reiki is one of my favorite techniques because of its ease of use as well as ease of learning. Certification can be done in a group setting or a private appointment can be arranged.
We provide workshops for Usui Reiki I, II and III as well as Karuna Ki Reiki I & II.
